2.Is There Any Custom Duties?

Yes, all our hair collections can be colored. However, we strongly advise that you seek a professional colorist to obtain optimal results and prevent over processing.

5.How Long Does It Take For Shipping?
We ship within the United States (products are shipped from Ruiyu's US warehouse) and ship via usps priority mail after delivery. It usually takes 3-5 working days
If you need expedited shipping, please contact us. The prerequisite is that the package needs to be shipped from our US warehouse, and you need to receive your package within a short time, usually within 2-3 business days.
International shipping to the United States via Federal, DHL or UPS, it takes 2-6 working days
International shipping to Canada, Australia...It takes 3-5 working days to pass DHL, and usually 5-9 working days in the UK.
6.Can I Shower Or Swim With Lace Wigs On?
Yes, you definitely can. Well! You had better to put waterproof adhesive or tape on your lace cap when you swim.
It is recommended you to wash it after you swim with it. Anyway, you can exercise in your wig.Hope you have a healthy body!
7. Why Did My Payment Fail?
Payment failure could mean the following: 1)incorrect cvv security code 2)insufficient fund on card 3)exceeding cc limits (if you have payment problems,such as can’t pay successfully,

9.Is the hair shedding?
When you meet 2-3 strands of hair loss.It is not the real shedding, just like human hair. Kindly suggest to seal the weft again before installment to prevent shedding so much in future.
Do not use comb to brush the curly hair, just running with yr fingers gently; use wide-tooth for straight or body wave style.After wash please nurse the hair with some hair oil, then the hair can be silky and soft
10.What's the smell of hair?
Factory washed the hair with warm water and shampoo before shipped,at the same time , we will add some hair oil to the hair wig to protecting the hair from being dry during long time delivery, it may have some smell in the high temperature or hot weather, the smell can easily fade away after washing via any shampoo or conditioner. Promise no corn-chip chemical smell, our hair is 100% chemical-free, we do not only care about beauty but also our customer's health!
